The Xperia X10 is Sony Ericsson's highest spec touch screen smartphone. The Xperia range is Sony Ericsson's flagship range which is primarily based on Android with the super smart TimeScape interface. The phone boasts a 4 inch touch screen with high powered SnapDragon 1GHZ processor to rocket you through the variety of applications and features. Included in the box is an 8GB microSD card but this can be upgraded to 16GB if needs must. A quality camera system is in place for the snap-happy user while a full multimedia hub hosts both a music player and video player.

It's hard to believe that in today's advanced society, we still make our elderly loved ones walk across the room to turn on a three dollar light switch and ask our children to answer the door blindly any time they hear a knock at the door. How many times have we yelled at the kids to get out of bed or stumble through a dark house to the kitchen for the first taste of coffee love just as our parents did 20 years ago? We own 30,000 dollar cars that talk to us while we also own 200,000 dollar homes that just sit there and react with a 3 dollar light switch.

Imagine you walk into your home after a hard day at office and every thing from the lights to the central heating system gets switched on automatically when you enter the house. You do not have to even make an effort to go to each switchboard to get them started. Now it has become possible to make this dream of yours come true with the technology of home automation. The basic purpose of home automation is to make things for the human beings more easy and comfortable. It is almost like in fairy tales where you clap and you get whatever you want without any effort.

Many people does not think twice to spend hundreds of thousands of your hard earned money on a luxury car with no amount of money being spared to have all the latest bells and whistles available. Why not do the same in your home? You probably spend more time in your house than in your car anyway and installing such a system will substantially increase the resale value of your home, which definitely is not the case with the luxury sedan in the garage.

The Japanese mobile phone giant Sony Ericsson is once again leveraging its media entertainment expertise to provide the multimedia experience with a modified Vivaz smartphone featuring almost the same features set but with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. It's the Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro unveiled at the just concluded 2010 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. It came with other new smartphones in the company's lineup for 2010 including slightly inferior versions of the delayed Xperia X10 in the form of the Mini and QWERTY-sliding Mini Pro running on the same older generation Android 1.
